OCBC Titanium Credit Card 新增Balance Transfer服務

刚刚问过这张卡了。。。。basic要3千才可以申请。。。。。。

申請條件：-
    1.Fresh Graduate
*Fresh graduate just start working
*Basic Salary RM 2500 & above with degree cert
*No anything in bank like : no credit card from any other bank
*No car loan / no housing loan Or loan less than 6 months
*1 of your utility bill which state your name and house address (hp bill, insurance etc)

2.Salary Worker
*Basic Salary RM3000 & above
*Photocopy IC front & back ( signature beside IC )
*Latest 3 months salary slip ( Handwriting not acceptable )
*Bonus Payslip (if any)
*1 of your utility bill which state your name and house address (hp bill, insurance etc)

3.Salary Worker (work at SG)
*Basic Salary SGD2000 & above
*Photocopy IC front & back ( signature beside IC )
*Work Permit front & back
*Latest 3 months salary slip ( Handwriting not acceptable )
*Bonus Payslip (if any)
*NOA (Sg income tax receipt)
*1 of your utility bill which state your name and house address (hp bill, insurance etc)  

4.Self Employed
*Annual Income RM36000 & above
*Photocopy IC front & back ( signature beside IC )
*Form B with valid receipt  OR   6 months bank statement
*1 of your utility bill which state your name and house address (hp bill, insurance etc)
* Business must established more than 2 Years

這張卡真難申請，被reject了N次!

    6 months latest Commission slip & Year 2011 income tax with validated receipt

OCBC 新加坡工作者，底薪也要 SGD2k???才能申请?
