Try to speak English in your mind. Don't just translate from your native language, try to make proper sentences.Learning phrases by heart will help.

Try watching English videos. They will improve your speaking skills and grammar.

Learn English idioms. English uses a lot of these strange and puzzling phrases and most English people don't know where they come from! Just learn what they mean.

When you are trying to learn new phrases, try this: Look, say, cover, write, check. Look at the phrase, cover it up, say the phrase, write it down and then check it.

Buy a good bilingual dictionary.

Watching English movies, listening to English news and songs. While doing that, try to remember something important.

You can watch some English dramas that you like. By doing this, it would help your English listening get improved.

And you might need to find native English speakers or people who are willing to correct your grammar errors when you speak English. I know there are some language exchange forums offering this help.

If you want to have an English tutor for free, you probably can try to use GoCambio.com ( I work for this platform) and get a native English speaker to practise English conversation with you.

Don't feel afraid of speaking English because nothing makes you feel embarrassed.
