如果我已经给了注册费，而最后屋价太高我不要就没得拿回注册费了对吗？

请问你手上有没有拍卖TAMAN SKUDAI RIA的屋子？如果我想投标，需要给注册费吗？如果投标成功，你们AGENT会抽多少佣金？如果向银行贷款不到，是不是10%deposit拿不回来？

我们帮你注册，然后我们没有抽佣金，但是成功标了之后我们帮你处理贷款和律师方面的事务，如果贷款不成功10%是没有办法拿回的，所以你要确定你贷款方面OK，如果一个人的资料不足够的话联名贷款也是OK的。
