电脑没办法start normally~为什么???

我的电脑现在只能open safe mode~按了start normally它会又restart,,又再要你选start normally or safe mode
为什么会这样??

有时start normally了，它有开到，不过荧幕是黑黑的，声音有。

試試 check disk ... chkdsk /r
