Animal Crossing: New Leaf 'Welcome Amiibo' Update Now Available
《走出户外 动物之森 amiibo+》释出秋季大型更新 直播节目公开丰富追加要素

　　任天堂于昨（3）日晚间，释出能将 3DS《走出户外 动物之森（とびだせ どうぶつの森）》升级为《走出户外 动物之森 amiibo+》的 1.4 版免费更新，并于同日晚间在直播节目「走出户外 动物之森 Direct 2016.11.2」当中，公开在这次更新后将追加至游戏内的丰富内容。

　　一开始先讲解了本次更新最大的卖点，也就是新增了可以对应 amiibo 的功能。 首先是过去系列作的登场角色，神灯精灵幽太郎（ゆうたろう）会在这次更新后，重新在游戏中和玩家见面。 这次只要叫出幽太郎后，让主机读取 amiibo，它就会附身在相对应的动物角色身上，还可以更进一步透过这个功能，呼叫角色真身开着休旅车来到这次更新后新增加的露营广场。

　　接下来则是介绍除了 amiibo 之外追加功能。 首先是每天都会给玩家不同目标是生活支持（くらしサポート）功能，只要拔草或钓鱼等各种目标，就可以获得故乡票券（ふるさとチケット），可以用来交换露营广场的土产，或是造访动物角色放在休旅车内的各种特殊家具。

　　除此之外还有不会占用房间空间的秘密仓库，和《快乐住家设计师》一样使用下画面触控操作更改房间配置的新设计，与《快乐住家设计师》游戏记录连动取得额外家具，还有在南岛上遇见造成不快的玩家分身时可以关闭对话以及直接请他回村等等，让游戏更方便的系统更新。

　　而考虑到有些离开游戏有一段时间的玩家，配合秋季更新回到游戏时，可能有不少人会想要重头开始建设村子。 所以加入了在选择重新开始时，可以把村子卖给狸吉，拿着卖掉村子获得的金钱，前往下一个村子重新开始。

　　最后则是介绍了在更新之后会和本作合作的任天堂本家游戏、协力三厂推出游戏，甚至是完全不同领域，像是《萨尔达传说》、《漆弹大作战》、《魔物猎人》、三丽鸥角色以及 7-11 等等的合作活动。

　　在节目当中还以广告形式，穿插介绍了更新之后可以玩到的两种不同小游戏「逃离无人岛」和「《动物之森》版面版方块」。 只要取得新追加的家具「Wii U」以及「3DS」，就可以玩到这两款小游戏。

　　游戏更新档已经于即日起在 Nintendo eShop 上释出，拥有《走出户外 动物之森》游戏的玩家请不要错过。







Nintendo Launches Free Update for Hit Animal Crossing: New Leaf Game

In a new Nintendo Direct video presentation, Nintendo threw a rustic party for a free downloadable software update for the Animal Crossing: New Leaf game. The free update launched this morning alongside the Nintendo Direct, and will also launch as part of a packaged version with the full game called Animal Crossing: New Leaf – Welcome amiibo exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems in December. This updated version of the classic Animal Crossing: New Leaf game adds amiibo functionality, which opens up a whole neighborhood of fun new possibilities. By tapping the new Welcome amiibo cards for Animal Crossing: New Leaf – Welcome amiibo launching Dec. 2 and the 16 previously released Animal Crossing amiibo figures, you can welcome villagers in their very own RVs to a special new RV campground.

“This new update will appeal to people who never picked up the original game, and all its new features will excite fans of the Animal Crossing franchise,” said Doug Bowser, Nintendo of America’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “The update breathes new life into Animal Crossing: New Leaf and offers more fun compatibility for your amiibo figures and cards.”

While many of the new features introduced in the Animal Crossing: New Leaf – Welcome amiibo update use amiibo, there are many that don’t need amiibo at all. Here’s a list of the new features discussed during the Nintendo Direct:

Work with amiibo!

• New Life for Animal Crossing amiibo Figures!: The 16 Animal Crossing series amiibo figures let you invite special guests into your game with their own RVs, where you can interact with them on their day off from daily duties in town. These characters will also offer players an in-game Wii U console item or New Nintendo 3DS XL and New Nintendo 3DS items, which give players access to new games Desert Island Escape and Animal Crossing Puzzle League, which are almost like new games in themselves!

• Wisp’s Wishes: By finding the magic lamp in the main game, you will unlock amiibo functionality. Once acquired, you can use the lamp once a day to summon the ghostly Wisp, tap a compatible amiibo and invite that respective amiibo character to your village. Do you want to live in a village full of ducks? Or cows? By using specific amiibo, you can make that wish come true!

• New Welcome amiibo Cards: 50 new amiibo cards for Animal Crossing: New Leaf – Welcome amiibo launch on Dec. 2, the same day as the new packaged edition of the game. These cards not only include cool new villagers from past Animal Crossing games, but also their RVs as well! And speaking of those RVs…

• New RV Campground: After updating the game, you will notice a new area in your town. This new campground offers different interactions with special villagers and new shopping opportunities, as well as Harvey, a hilarious new character that will assist with all your campground needs. By tapping certain amiibo figures or cards, a character will show up in her or his custom and stylish RV. This even applies to some non-Animal Crossing amiibo like the Inklings from Splatoon and Wolf Link from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD.

• More to Play!: The in-game Wii U console item unlocks the Desert Island Escape game, while Animal Crossing Puzzle League can be accessed with the in-game New Nintendo 3DS XL and New Nintendo 3DS items. The Wii U and New Nintendo 3DS XL and New Nintendo 3DS items can be obtained via fortune cookies at the Nooklings’ shop, but it’s much easier to obtain these items when you scan any of the 16 Animal Crossing amiibo figures.

No amiibo needed!

• MEOW Coupons: By earning new MEOW (Mutual Exchange of Wealth) Coupons, you can obtain unique in-game items at the campground or from your visiting animal friends. To earn these coupons, you must complete new daily or weekly Town Initiatives, like pulling a set amount of weeds or gathering certain seashells.

• Say Cheese!: With the new amiibo Camera mode, you can take the coolest in-game selfies ever. By gathering your favorite villagers, you can snap a photo and save it to view whenever you like! You can even share with friends using the 3DS Image Share tool. No amiibo are needed for this mode, but by tapping an amiibo you can take photos of your new villager friends!

• What Do you Do With a New Storeroom?: Store things, of course! With the Animal Crossing: New Leaf update, you can use your Bells to obtain a new storeroom for your house at Nook’s Homes. You can access this storeroom from anywhere in your house and it stores tons of collectibles. Maybe you can even hide a dusty old umbrella in there. Isn’t that where all dusty old umbrellas are stored?

• Decorating is Easier Than Ever!: Animal Crossing: New Leaf – Welcome amiibo lets you customize your home by moving around your furniture and items using the Nintendo 3DS touch screen. This makes setting up a perfectly styled room easier than ever.

• Happy Home, Happy Transfer: If you have save data from the Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer game, you can link your save data and unlock 20 giant furniture items to spend your Bells on in Animal Crossing: New Leaf. What do we mean by giant furniture? Well, just that. This new furniture is HUGE and will definitely make an impression in any home.

N3DS 新作《Miitopia》发售日确定 可体验的「预告篇」软件开放下载

　　天堂于今日（2016 年 11 月 2 日）播放预录直播节目「DOUBUTSU NO MORI Direct（动物之森 Direct）」，并在节目尾声透露了先前只公布过名字的 Nintendo 3DS 新作《Miitopia（ミートピア）》的些许情报。

　　在这支由日本艺人神木隆之介演出的「Miitopia Direct 2016.11.5 告知映像」中，揭露了《Miitopia》的发售日确定为 2016 年 12 月 8 日，实体版／数字版均为 4700 日圆（不含税价）。

　　影片中提到，这款游戏将是「你和你所选择的人们所展开的冒险物语（あなたと，あなたが选んだ人达が缲り広げる冒険物语）」，但尚未公布实际游戏内容究竟为何。 更多情报预计会在台湾时间 11 月 5 日 19：00（日本时间 20：00）所举行的预录直播「Miitopia Direct」揭晓。

　　特别的的是，神木隆之介在影片中还特地告诉观众，可以一窥本作气氛的软件已经送到玩家的 N3DS 主机中。 事实上，在今日的直播结束后，日本 Nintendo eshop 就已经可以下载到「Miitopia 预告篇（ミートピア予告编）」这款软件。 官方刻意完全没有提及软件的内容，留待有兴趣的玩家自行发掘探索。

Dragon Quest VIII for 3DS Launches January 20 in the West







The New Year Brings a New World to Save When Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King Releases for Nintendo 3DS on Jan. 20

With the new year comes new quests and great adventures, and 2017 will be no different when the Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King game comes to the Nintendo 3DS family of systems on Jan. 20. This handheld retelling of the classic RPG will be back and bigger than ever, with two new playable characters, more side quests and the ability to battle monsters on the go.

The story begins when a jester, Dhoulmagus, comes to Castle Trodain and steals the King’s sceptre. He then uses its power to turn his majesty into a troll, the Princess into a horse and the castle inhabitants into plants. The only one left unscathed from this attack is a castle guard who escaped the curse and must now step up to save the kingdom he’s sworn to protect. Only by traveling the lands, recruiting allies and following the trail of destruction that Dhoulmagus leaves in his wake will The Hero be able to retrieve the sceptre in order to restore Trodain back to its former glory.

As players dive into the rich story of Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King, whether they’re visiting for the first time or coming back to relive the adventure all over again, they can enjoy full voice acting in all plot-important cutscenes, and new story content that will provide more back story about The Hero and the villainous Dhoulmagus. Further additions include additional quests to complete and dungeons to explore, and even a new alternative ending.

Returning heroes may also find that elements of Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King have been streamlined for this hand-held outing. The new Quick-Save function allows players to save and exit the game at any time. And for warriors in a hurry, battling foes is also much faster with the introduction of the “Speed Up” feature, allowing heroes to cut their way through each encounter with much greater haste.

Those who wish to capture mementos of their quest to restore peace to the land will now find it’s easier than ever before, as at any time outside of battles and cutscenes players can pause the action and take a photo of their adventure thus far. These photos can be customized in a variety of different ways, including allowing The Hero and his companions to perform special poses, adding stickers and filters, or putting a frame around the image to add a personal touch to their memory. Once the player meets Cameron Obscura in Port Prospect they’ll also be able to unlock Cameron’s Codex, where they’ll be rewarded for taking pictures of certain subjects, monsters and situations.

All of these images can be saved to the SD card and shared to other Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King owners via the StreetPass feature. Once these photos have been shared, other players can give them a thumbs up, and the more of these the image earns, the higher the chance of receiving a new item.

　　任天堂日前在官方 YouTube 频道公布怀旧复刻版主机「任天堂经典迷你红白机（Nintendo Classic Mini Family Computer）」的电视广告影片，重现 33 年前初代红白机的广告风格。

　　这段电视广告影片从背景、旁白、示范者的衣着等部分，都刻意仿照 1983 年红白机上市时的电视广告风格来拍摄，让人感受到浓厚的昭和年代风情，藉此宣传这款以复古为主题的商品。

The first-ever mobile game featuring the most iconic video game hero of all time goes on sale for iPhone and iPad on Dec. 15 in United States time zones. Super Mario Run can be downloaded from the App Store at no cost, and players can try elements of the game’s three modes for free. Once the game has been downloaded, a one-time payment of $9.99 (United States price) will grant unlimited access to each of the three modes in this release.

“The wait is almost over for a Super Mario game that can be played on mobile devices,” said Doug Bowser, Nintendo of America’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Developed under the direction of Mario creator Shigeru Miyamoto, Super Mario Run brings a new take on the series’ beloved action-platforming gameplay to iPhone and iPad for the first time.”

Super Mario Run is compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices running iOS 8.0 or later. Starting on Dec. 15, the game will launch in 151 countries and regions. Super Mario Run supports English, Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Russian and traditional Chinese language options.

Super Mario Run is the first Super Mario Bros. game developed specifically for mobile devices. In the game, Mario runs forward on his own, but relies on the tap of a single finger to jump over obstacles, avoid enemies, pull off stylish moves, collect coins and reach the flagpole to complete courses.

　　根据日本 FAMITSU 网站报导，任天堂于 11 月 10 日在日本推出的怀旧主机「任天堂经典迷你红白机（Nintendo Classic Mini Family Computer）」，于上市前 4 天一共卖出 26 万 3000 台。

N3DS 版《进击的巨人 绝境脱逃》上市日期确定，公布预告影片

　　KOEI TECMO GAMES 宣布，N3DS 版《进击的巨人 绝境脱逃》（进撃の巨人 死地からの脱出）上市日期确定为 2017 年 3 月 30 日，实体版及下载版售价均为 5,800 日币，豪华特典同捆的「宝盒版」12,800 日币。 游戏初回特典为艾连附语音原创主题；宝盒版抢先购特典为艾尔文主题。 官方同时公布预告影片。

　　本作为一款以人气动漫「进撃的巨人」的世界为舞台的冒险游戏，以第 57 回壁外调査（※遭遇女型巨人）前为时间背景展开游戏原创剧情，脚本由编剧家瀬古浩司负责监修。

　　游戏中玩家将扮演调查兵团成员，与 10 几名伙伴在某个古城周围展开搜索行动，没想到遇到巨人来袭，在混乱中主角从崩塌的地面掉落地底，并在此发现神秘设施，但却因立体机动装置故障而无法返回地面，只好与唯一能连手的「搭档」合作，边探索边寻找逃脱的出路。

Nintendo officially announces areas at Universal Parks in Osaka, Orlando & Hollywood
任天堂与环球影城发表合作计划 将共同打造重现任天堂游戏世界观的主题乐园

　　美国环球主题乐园及度假村（Universal Parks and Resorts）与日本任天堂株式会社今（29）日共同宣布，将合作在日本大阪环球影城、美国奥兰多影城环球度假村与美国好莱坞环球影城 3 地设置重现任天堂游戏世界观、让来场者真实体验游戏世界的主题乐园，详情预定于日后发表。

　　该合作项目将网罗一手打造任天堂旗下电玩角色与世界观的任天堂游戏创作者原班人马，以及环球影业旗下人气主题乐园的创作团队共同参与，目标是赋予任天堂电玩角色新的生命，在环球的主题乐园中真实体验游戏中的动作与冒险。 为了实现此一目标，双方将采用前所未有的崭新手法来将游戏画面体验到的冒险与刺激等乐趣，透过别无仅有的崭新真实呈现、让来场者实际体验。

　　新闻稿中举例表示，来场者将能遇见熟悉的玛利欧与他的伙伴们，真实体验敲击神秘砖块取得威力强化道具等道具，面对巨大食人花的威胁等，原先只在任天堂游戏中才能享受到的乐趣。

　　双方预定在日本环球影城、奥兰多环球影城度假村与好莱坞环球影城设置能沉浸在壮阔世界观且具备高度互动性的园地，备有多种游乐器材、商店与餐厅等设施，以完备的主题乐园来真实重现游戏世界观。 以让顾客打从心里感受到「真的进入自己喜欢的游戏中」的感动为目标，不论年龄或是否熟悉游戏都能乐在其中。 目前相关园地的企划与制作正顺利进行中，预定数年内择期开放。
