The National Education Savings Scheme (SSPN) was designed by the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) for the purpose of higher education.
Starting 1 January 2012, students who wish to apply for PTPTN education financing MUST have an SSPN account with a minimum deposit of RM20.00.

3. The PTPTN agents are as follows:-
i. Bank Simpanan Nasiona l(BSN);
ii. CIMB BankBerhad;
iii. AgroBank;
iv. BankKerjasamaRakyat Malaysia (BKRM);
v. Bank IslamMalaysia Berhad(BIMB);and vi. Maybank.
