It's your choice anyway,but it is not always plausible to know what other thinks.

He might pretends you're still binding under his contract and you not aware of it.

If he's still calling,you should let him know the contract is void and unenforcearble,so no more further demand from him should he become aware of it.

你可以到附近的警局备案，说你是过后才知道那份合约无效。
但还是一句话，跟她说你知道你的rights,可以反告回她。

要知道你一定要踏出第一步，不要让她以为你很脆弱。
