Both are important as well....but I m too timid and nervous in speaking with english.

nobody has talk english at outside.
In class, of coz speak with lecture, but after the class ,all are mandarin

same as you..speaking is wayyyy easier then writing..writing is like checking on the gammar, vocab. using description...no excuse for all these because we get to check..argghhhhhh

I'm afraid this is only your wishful thinking. Maybe that's the way it is in Malaysia, but English is not used in Malaysia only. If you don't speak English with descent grammar, you'd sound rather awkward and unnatural, and it inevitably causes communication problems. Imagine a foreigner speaking ungrammatical Mandarin to you, you'll probably understand what you've been doing to English speakers when you think or insist that they don't care about your English grammar...
