i not speak english in my daily life,because my english is poor~
type i can but speak ...cannot

You should try to use it in your daily life when you know it's poor
That's one of the ways you get to improve your english, learn from your mistakes

I do

frankly speaking my english is much more better than my chinese, i speak broken chinese.

try speak english with your friends, it's better if you use english in your conversation with malays or indians.
