I would like to improve my english speaking skills too! My brain won't be able to function well when i'm speaking to strangers with english

i think most of the singaporean don't speak proper english as well. it's all right to start with informal english, slowly you'll learn how to speak a proper english. there is no other way than try.

not "flowly" , is "fluently"
read more, listen more, watch more English materials, it helps...

want to improve ur english the first thing is to learn how to speak correctly

must speak everyday and try to get close to everything that write in english

must dare to speak out so you will know where is ur level compare to others

ya,..wish to get more fren can ’conversation‘ with me ..at type ‘area’。。，need 1 group new fren is only -use -english,dont mind can at me (yiyitan2011@hotmail.com)also,and i will often come to this area to see ppl how to 'talk ',if have same 'hobby' fren ,i think it can push us grow our English level better。。。

Frankly speaking, Malaysia has the highest English Proficiency Index among all the other Asian countries where English is not the official language. However, Singapore is not incuded because its official language is English.
