你还记得我教你去Horizon Hill的的路吗？
就是经过Nusa Idaman的Phase 7前面，一直到一个大路口。
弯左去Bukit Indah Jusco,弯右去Horizon Hill的。
弯右之后直走就是Coastal Highway了。
Horizon Hill的进口在右边(上Coastal Highway之前)
所以从我们的花园上HORIZON HILL的exit到破底比较快。

NS兄弟姐妹们。。。。。最近好吗？？怎么都没NS的最新消息了？？？

Dear all, we (buyers) tried to communicate with CV to understand the status of concern matters to buyers on NS.Here are the feedback received from a reliable person at CV. According to the feedback, it was said NS will be gated and guarded with CCTV(shop lot back lane area ) and access card entrance at guardhouse. CV is waiting for the final official approval letter signed by 'Yang Dipertua' and stamp by MPJBT. All payments on fee and terms have been fulfilled as required by MPJBT on in-principal approval letter.We should expect CV to release an official statement on this matter after receiving the said letter. While on access card system, sourcing is on going ( to select the suitable system ) and we should have more details on this matter too.
Further to this, the contact added that CV understand buyers concern on NS security and surely will take appropriate steps to safeguard NS. The only request from the contact is for buyers to be patience until an official statement is released by CV.
Although the above update is not an official documented statement from CV, but based on our conversation with CV contact point, we see the sincerity and are optimistic on this matter.
We appreciate the update given by the CV personal and trust a peaceful relationship and understanding between buyers and CV will end with amicable solutions.
