产业的价值最重要的是：1. 地点, 2. 地点, 3. 还是地点。
nusa sentral 虽然手工差但是胜在地点优越，所以价钱是会有的。
手工差可以补救，地点差是没得救的。
所以他卖600k你觉得昂贵，但看到nusa sentral好的人就会觉得值得。

anyone of you received a notice from your house loan bank stated that revised monthly installment?
i received it from Ambank and my installment increase RM35/month start from 1st June.
anyone know why it increase?
