learn grammar also no use, u will not speak the true english even ur grammar so ...

for me i think communicate with someone else is better to improve.
btw focus on grammar first~and speak more to the other.
writing is not too important for those who graduated (my opinion ).
but communicate with ppl do help you in your business~
