你需要房子吗？这里地点很好，靠近南北大道。有一个警察区部在这里，治安很好。
附近商店小贩都有。很方便

actually seri austin is a quite good location, nearby there is few projects to develop the area, such as Setia Eco Cascadis, Eco Spring / Summer, Glenmarie Johor, IJM..

Future roads - If I'm not wrong, there will have highway connect to Desary Highway and Senai in future.

Shopping Malls - Nearby there is Jusco Tebrau, Tesco, in future, might have Ikea & according to the developer of Seri Austin, there might build a shopping mall in future.

Eat - You need to go to Setia Indah / Mount Austin as more choice to choose.
