谁可以跟我解释basel II和1988 capital record是什么意思？有什么不同？我一直很不明白，而且assignment做不出来

1988 capital record is Basel 1。

1988 capital record is Basel 1 stated that bank have to reserve minimum 8 percent Risk Weight Asset (RWA) which means unsecured loan and commitment. Basel 2 stated bank need to keep a standard amount to face the credit risk and economic risk.
