I wish to Improve my english proficiency

my sentence :
I hope to improve my english level within these few month before I enter into University.
Is there any centre which can improve english but the fee is not so expensive?
I live in Johor . I want to find the centre which is nearby my house. johor jaya also can

proper sentence
i wish to improve my english proficiency within couple of month before i entering university.
is there any language centre could help me out with minimum fees due to my budget constraint.
I live in johor and i prefer centre which near my house, perhaps johor jaya.

if i am not mistaken there is a place offering language lessons around johor jaya
i wanted to take up french but i heard the fees are quite high

Which university u going to study? As long as you can read can write should be ok. And what the subject you going to study?
