我有两种做法
【1】Drop
15kg x 8 rep 【没有休息】12.5kg x 8 rep 【没有休息】 10kg x 8 rep
【2】Normal
10kg x 12 rep 【休息30-60秒】12.5kg x 10 rep 【休息30-60秒】 15kg x 8rep
