is there anyway to chat with foreigner?

voice chatting, i need to improve my english other than writing, is there anyway to chat with a foreigner through online?

Just make friends on facebook with those foreigners. But i doubt you can simply find one who's willing to chat with you on voice call unless you've known them for some time.

where do you live? why not you try to speak english with your friends and family (i mean people around you, everyday) ?
my writing is poor, but i got no problem with speaking. i stay in perth for about two years, so i can tell the environment is very important for you to improve your speaking skill.

i don't think that's a good idea if u really want to learn the proper english
mostly foreigners have their own country slang
so far, i think Africans english are much better than those british or australians etc

I suggest you go overseas to further your studies. I believe only the environment with english education could probably help you to improve your english faster.

u need to understand someone first before you can held a conversation with them..
the best is to watch more us drama as i did, nowadays for me communicating with a "ang moh" is not a problem anymore because i get used to their sleight which i hate it why cant they just pronounce properly without using that sleight similar to the chinese in china?lol?
