read newspaper in english, Times, Newsweek, National Geographic
besides, speak in English
listen to english songs and watch english movie

Hmm weird, I found this way can help me a lot, but still unfortunately my MUET only manage to get high band 3
认识多一点生字应该不错，我读文章的时候
遇到不明白的字还有词，我就抄下来
然后找意思还有造句
