Hey, anyone of you know the point what if i pretend that migration is a negative phenomenon.
At least 3 arguments, 2 counter-arguments.

Title:
In recent years there has been a significant rise in migration, and now over 190 million people live outside the country in which they were born.
Is this trend in migration a positive or a negative phenomenon?

it is positive as there is the exchange of knowledge and technology. Take the example of America, most of the greatest scientist and engineers there are from other contries. So, for America, it is a positive phenomena. However, for the third world countries, this is called the man power drain as more and more capable people are leaving their homeland to serve the other countries due to many factors including the low pay and the dull career prospect in their countries. So, it is not a win win situation. Only a side will benefit from it.
