2. 羊角豆又名秋葵 (英文名: Lady's finger) 一或二條敲碎或壓扁都可, 500cc 涼開水泡隔夜, 清早空腹喝下, (不要吃種子和渣). 降糖功效非常顯著. (有用西藥或胰島素依賴者得注意低血糖現象, 肚餓時一定要補充糖份. 尤其半夜時間). 同樣吃法也可降低尿酸, 膽固醇和血壓.
