我在这间公司做工27/01/2012到现在～
工钱RM1500.00
我只拿到appointment letter,
里面有注明...Upon confirmation ,employment can only be terminated by either party by giving 1 month's notice
我现在只是拿到appointment letter,没有confirm Letter~所以以上条例我是否可以忽略～
没有confirm的员工如果辞职需要多少天的通知～
