Job scope:
  **familiar with Microsoft Windows Server system *fundamental with Network Infrastructure *willing self study & take challenge
  *   Provide IT assistance and support to end users (desktops, laptops, printers, network peripherals and applications)
  *   Install MWLS, configure, administer & maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers and network peripherals)
  *   Support/troubleshooting including the diagnosing of hardware and software failures or problems
  *   Procurement and setup and configuration of new IT equipment
  *   Check to ensure new setup and installations are working properly
  *   Guide end user on required applicable tasks
