Job descriptions:
- Possess a deep understanding of key SEO issues, Google algorithm updates and tooling possibilities and remain current on SEO industry news and trends, specifically on search engine algorithms
- Identifying and analyzing technical SEO issues to ensure effective boot crawling of our portals, providing feedback and support to developers to drive improvements.
- Educating and training internal employees in SEO tools help promote SEO awareness and best practice.
- Knowledgeable in making use of online social media platforms to create company and product branding, social networking, traffic retention, promotions and events.
- Accomplish product marketability and profitability objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating performance of projects and strategies.
- Achieves marketing objectives by contributing strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Responsible for obtaining optimum results through a team of staffs by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development as well as monitors staff performances.
- Direct involvement by forecasting, developing and meeting marketing budgets; scheduling expenditures and initiating corrective actions.
- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market competition; competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business.
- Work closely with the company management to maximize effectiveness of all marketing activities.
- Provides periodical reporting by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information related to marketing performances, as well as other critical business and office functions.
Job requirements:
- University degree or higher degree majoring in Digital Marketing/Internet Marketing/E-Marketing.
- Must have at least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in the management and administration of multiple marketing functions within the e-commerce sector.
- Must have considerable experience and familiar in e-commerce web designing and layout, and developing successful online and offline marketing strategies.
- Practical knowledge in imaging, video creation, web building, and programming are plus points.
- Goal oriented, self-motivated, analytical thinker who is able to adapt to changing marketing trends in order to maximize optimum performance for the company.
- Team player with leadership qualities, monitor and motivates a team of staffs to achieve successful performance.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Creative open-minded and flexible, other tasks assigned
