| 工作性质: | -Conduct after-sales maintenance service to customers, such as: repair, installation, calibration, and commissioning (equipment and machine) on the company’s range of products at customers’ premises. -Attend to breakdown, servicing, repairing and emergency requests (hotline call). -Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders. -Perform daily preventive maintenance service operations. -Prepare regular service reports and other required reports. -Achieve service support profitably and high customer satisfaction. -Other ad-hoc assignment. |

| 条件: | -Minimum Nitec in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. -2years hands on and relevant experience in electrical work need apply. -Highly motivated and able to work independently. Sound ability to troubleshoot, test and hands-on repairs. -Able to work long hours and on weekends (OT pay). -Good working attitude, willing to learn about the new machines. -Customer oriented. -Must able to communicate in English, Malay, Chinese as we need to communicate with associates from the Asian Countries. |
