Rebellion工作室开放预告页面将公开新作？
《狙击精英（Sniper Elite）》开发商Rebellion工作室目前正在努力开发系列最新作品《狙击精英3》，不过日前他们发布了一个预告，这或许预示着某款新作即将到来。
日前该工作室开放了一个预告页面，他们似乎打算进行新作的调查，以确认用户们的电子邮件地址以及他们期待游戏登陆哪些平台。
而在发送给媒体的邮件中，有一些令人在意的文字：“你以为噩梦已经结束了。你已经做了所有的事情。但你在这里已经没有其他选择了。所有的路都通向返程，返回柏林。”看样子这款新作的舞台很可能设置在柏林。
Rebellion工作室的《狙击精英3》将于2014年3月发售，游戏会登陆现世代主机和次世代主机。不过不知道现在的这个预告是和3代相关的项目还是一款完全新作，尚有待官方公开具体情报。

Nazi Zombie Army 2 coming 2013!
At 2pm today Eurogamer broke the news that we've been developing a sequel to Steam best-seller Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army in preparation for a 2013 launch.
Below are some of the details we've been sharing with journalists and bloggers
New campaign. New terrors
Directly following the aftermath of the nerve-shredding climax to the first game, Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army 2 follows franchise stalwart Karl Fairburne and his three allies as they battle back into the dark heart of Berlin to put an end to the occult powers that reside there once and for all.
But as Head of Creative, Tim Jones explains, their unholy adversaries haven't been idle, and neither have Rebellion:
"We really wanted to heighten the demonic, nightmarish tones of the first game. The environments, the levels, the soundtrack all give a strong feeling of descent - each encounter, each level becoming progressively more hellish. Most importantly though, we've expanded the legions of Nazi undead with some really intimidating new enemies which we'll reveal soon."
An overwhelming response from fans
Launched in February of this year, the original NZA was imagined as a fun spin-off project between games, but the incredible reaction from gamers took the whole studio by surprise as Rebellion founder and CEO Jason Kingsley explains:
"It was amazing. At that point we hadn't announced Sniper Elite 3. A lot of Sniper Elite V2 fans had been asking for 4-player co-op content, and we thought it would be a good test of our gameplay mechanics. So we thought 'Why not?" and self-published it.”
"What we got though was a breakout hit. The co-op and the price put the game on the map, and suddenly we were at the top of the Steam charts. We had hundreds and hundreds of requests from YouTube channels wanting to do "Let's Plays" and reviews, and the game just took off. When we had a second to breathe, we looked at the player data and it turns out most of them had never actually played another Sniper Elite game. We never knew it would tap into such a broad audience."
And will the series ever see the light of day on other platforms?
"We have to admit, we underestimated the demand for the original game. All of sudden we had console gamers desperate for us to port the game to 360 and PS3, but without a publisher this just wasn't feasible. We left a lot of Sniper Elite fans disappointed. They didn't want to hear excuses from us, they just wanted to play it".
"As an independent, we're obviously really excited about what we're hearing from Sony and Microsoft when it comes to self publishing on PS4 and Xbox One. We think the series could be a great fit for them."

Rebellion希望自行在PS4和Xbox One上发行这款游戏。
Rebellion最近暗示的游戏被证明为《狙击精英：纳粹僵尸部队2》，同时这款游戏被正式宣布将登陆PC平台。
在一次采访中，创意总监Tim Jones表示这款新游戏将加强第一款游戏中的阴暗邪恶的感觉。
“我们非常想加强第一款游戏的阴暗邪恶的感觉。游戏中的环境，关卡，声轨都充满了堕落的感觉，每一次的遭遇，每一个关卡都会变的越来越邪恶。但是最重要的是，我们用一些非常惊人的新敌人扩大了纳粹不死大军的阵容，我们会在以后陆续推出这些新敌人的细节。”
《纳粹僵尸部队2》中的主角还是Karl。他将在柏林同三个同伴对抗以合作的模式来对抗这股神秘的力量。
目前，这款游戏只计划于年内在PC上推出。次世代主机版本也非常有可能实现。
根据工作室的负责人Jason Kinglsey的说法：
“现在次世代主机版本的可能性肯定是有的。之前因为自主发行的问题所以可能性很小，所以我们也没有真正考虑过。以为内之前公司必须同一个第三方公司合作，还要同其他人签约。这让次世代主机版本的可能性变的越来越小。《纳粹僵尸部队》本来就是一次赌博。我们当时都不知道会不会成功。我们当时希望玩家可以喜欢。我们当时希望玩家可以根据名字来明白这款游戏的幽默成分。我们当时也很明显没有太多钱来宣传这款游戏。所以我们就直接发布了这款游戏，到目前为止销量很不错，我们发展了一大批喜欢打僵尸的粉丝。在发行当天我们就已经收回了成本。这简直太棒了。”

《狙击精英：纳粹僵尸部队2》发售日期正式公布
Rebellion今天宣布，《狙击精英：纳粹僵尸部队2》将于10月31日在PC上发售。Rebellion同时在Steam和自己的游戏商店上展开了游戏的预订，预订的玩家将获得8折优惠。
Rebellion的总裁Jason Kingsley表示，工作室想发挥前作的长处：
“我们想让最新一作更加疯狂和恐怖。我们集中精力让关卡更加有压迫感，敌人则更凶残和具有挑战性。

Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army 2 Launching Halloween
Independent UK developer Rebellion today announced that gamers will be able to return to the demon-infested ruins of World War 2 Berlin this Halloween when Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army 2 launches on October 31st for PC.
Rebellion also kicked off pre-orders for the game at a 20% discount on both Steam and - for the first time - Rebellion’s own Gamestore.
Originally announced for launch sometime this year, the first trailer and screenshots give a glimpse into the game’s hellish new environments and the welcome return of the series’ unique blend of Carpenter-esque soundscapes and aesthetic tones influenced by classic 80s and slasher horror cinema.
As Rebellion CEO and Creative Director Jason Kingsley explains, the studio really wanted to play on the strengths of the original game, recently nominated for ‘Best Action Adventure’ by TIGA in their upcoming awards:
“We wanted to twist the occult horror from Nazi Zombie Army into something more nightmarish, more insane. There’s been a huge focus on making the levels more intimidating and the enemies even more grotesque and challenging.”
“The first game really tested players’ abilities to work as a team in co-op, but also allowed solo gamers to hone their skills by multiplying the number of zombies in the campaign. Grotesque new enemies sighted in first Nazi Zombie Army 2 gameplay
Independent UK developer Rebellion today dropped their first gameplay trailer for Halloween-bound co-op horror shooter Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army 2.
Showcasing more deadly new locations in which to face down legions of undead super soldiers with up to three friends, the new clip also teases some of the new enemies that’ll be terrorising players in the brand new campaign, including revolting new zombie and skeleton types and a devilish new boss – the Summoner – who can raise undead soldiers back to ... well ... undeath, if players fail to put a bullet through its skull in time.
Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army 2 is due for an appropriately occult October 31st PC release.
Zombie-hunting veterans can pre-order the stand-alone game for just $11.99 , while gamers who prefer to team up with three comrades can save even more with a generous 4-pack for just $35.99.

An open letter to Battlezone fans
Dear Battlezone fans
Firstly, thank you so much for all the great feedback we’ve received following the unveiling of our Battlezone reboot for virtual reality devices.
Having to keep quiet about something we’re crazy excited for has been a challenge, so to finally showcase it at E3 and see so many people just as excited for the game was really gratifying.
As our teaser trailer revealed, our VR version of Battlezone is very much a reboot of Atari’s 1980 arcade classic, a game we’re very fond of at Rebellion. However, we also know that a number of you are fans of the 1998 and 1999 Battlezone games released by Activision that re-imagined the franchise as a groundbreaking hybrid of FPS and RTS gameplay. Naturally when we made our announcement last week some of you asked, “But what about the newer Battlezone games? What are you doing with them?”
Well, we’ve read your comments, articles, emails and posts and we’ve seen your love for these games – so we wanted to make another brief announcement:
We’re very pleased to reveal that we’re also working on a remaster of the 1998 Battlezone for PC.
It’s still early days but when we’re ready to show you more you’ll be the first to know. All we can say for now is that whichever vision of Battlezone you love, you’ve not been forgotten!

In August, GRIN’s founder Wim Wouters wrote a brave and searingly honest statement about the sad closure of the studio and the end of Woolfe as they knew it. If you missed this, then we highly recommend you read Wim’s post before continuing. But in summary, GRIN was unable to continue as a business and had to apply for bankruptcy, and so Woolfe (and everything related to the game) was put up for sale at auction.
It has been a difficult time for those involved with Woolfe and for you, the backers, but today we’re writing to tell you that Woolfe is still alive, and now in the hands of a new owner, Rebellion – that’s us! We’re delighted to add Woolfe’s gorgeous, twisted universe to our burgeoning list of indie games and we hope you’ll join us for the ride.
You’re still probably wondering what this all means. Where does this leave backers? What’s the future of Woolfe? Who are Rebellion anyway?

Battlezone will launch first on PlayStation VR
It may seem silly to say this after 23 years in the games industry, but it still surprises me just how much can happen in four months! The last time PlayStation Blog invited me to write we’d just announced Battlezone at E3 in June, showing off a very tiny, very early slice of the game to select press.
Come the summer, Battlezone has been put through its paces by the gaming public at events across America, Europe and the Middle East!
And today marks another landmark. During PlayStation’s Paris Games Week media briefing it was announced that Battlezone is going to be a launch exclusive for PlayStation VR, and we’ve released a thumping new gameplay trailer and some beautiful new screenshots to celebrate!
The first thing you’ll notice is that the footage shows off some stunning new environments, from sleek cities to lava-scarred industrial wastelands and sub-zero frozen wastes, all translated into Battlezone’s trademark retro-futuristic visuals.
We’ve got some amazing tech powering these huge levels (something we’ll talk a little about that in the future hopefully) but for now what I can tell you is the aim is to use VR to make each environment feel as awe-inspiring and monumental as possible from the cockpit of your tank.
Look more closely at the trailer and a few more details start to emerge as well, including new enemy tank variants, new artillery weapons, and some striking new power-ups that allow the player to deploy special area of effect attacks, boosts and other modifiers.
We’re still very much at the experimental stage so most of these abilities don’t even have official names yet, but we want to deliver a blend of fast, intense arcade vehicle combat with more tactical, customisable elements and really exploit the amazing battlefield awareness and sensations that VR provides.
If you’re lucky enough to be heading to Paris Games Week make sure you head to the PlayStation VR stand and give Battlezone a try. For those of you who may have already played it, we’ve worked closely with PlayStation’s tech team over the last few weeks on some important techniques so the virtual reality experience will be even smoother, even for those not yet accustomed to VR.

In 2006, the original Rogue Trooper set the benchmark for video game adaptations of comic books. Developed by Rebellion, the studio behind Sniper Elite 4 and owners of British comic book powerhouse 2000 AD, it was widely acclaimed for bringing the cult sci-fi strip to life in an authentic, tactical, cover-based third-person shooter that debuted before the genre became the gaming staple it is today.
Rogue Trooper Redux will remaster the Rebellion classic for a new generation of players, taking them to the chem-blasted battlefields of Nu Earth. Rogue, a bio-engineered Genetic Infantryman (or “GI”) immune to the planet’s poisonous atmosphere, is the last soldier standing against the colonial Nort regime. Carrying three fallen comrades as biochips in his equipment, Rogue is a one-unit squad of death and destruction, and he only has one thing on his mind – Revenge.
Rogue Trooper Redux is being developed in partnership with experienced UK studio TickTock Games, making it the first 2000 AD game developed outside of Rebellion. The game also marks the first of potentially many externally developed 2000 AD games after announcing it will open up its wealth of iconic IP – such as Judge Dredd and Sláine – to other developers.

Rogue is one of the Genetic Infantrymen (‘GIs’), an army of bio-engineered soldiers, created by Southers to fight their all out war against the colonial Nort regime. Not only can GIs survive the poisonous surface of Nu Earth unharmed, but their enhanced abilities make them a phenomenal force.
And yet, Rogue is the last GI standing following a devastating massacre that all but wipes out his kind. It’s time to talk about Evil Genius 2...
Dear Evil Genius fans,
We know you’ve been waiting a long time for this announcement, so we won’t tantalize you any further. As revealed in our new video interview with Rebellion CEO Jason Kingsley (we suggest giving it a watch) we’re thrilled to announce we are now officially working on Evil Genius 2.
Ever since Evil Genius came under the Rebellion roof, we’ve always believed that Elixir’s beloved real-time, lair-management and world-domination simulation deserved a follow-up. We’d like to make this super-duper clear – this isn’t a remaster. Evil Genius 2 will be a fully-fledged sequel and it won’t be free-to-play. Our focus currently is on a PC release, but as ever we’ll look at other platforms and see what fits and what doesn’t.
The State of Play
Now, before you get too excited and start furiously drawing up your blueprints for a Gravity Disruptor 2.0, development only began this Spring and is still at a very, very early stage. We’re currently fleshing out the tech that will make Evil Genius 2 a reality. This will be the first real-time strategy game built in our in-house engine Asura, after all, so we need to do a little bit of extra work under the hood before we expand the team, nail down gameplay design and go into full production.
Why Now??
That said, you may well be asking why it’s taken us a while to get to this point. As some of you may remember, we were very close to announcing this project several years ago. Back then, our plan was to crowd-fund a new Evil Genius PC game and we made a series of steps to launching a campaign.
So why didn’t we go ahead with it? Firstly, we were in the middle of a big transition into becoming our own publisher and we needed to put resources into the projects that became Zombie Army Trilogy, Battlezone on PSVR and Sniper Elite 3 & 4.
Secondly, we decided crowd-funding wasn’t the way we wanted to go. After the growing success of the Sniper Elite series and other Rebellion games IP, we started to feel it wasn’t fair to ask fans to fund a new game if we didn’t need them to! With some big projects now out the door and being enjoyed by gamers worldwide, we feel like now is the time to return to the world of Evil Genius.
So yes, it’s taken us some time to get to this point. But today we are in a position where we can happily say Evil Genius 2 is an actual thing we’re actually coding, designing and er… arting, right now!

《侠盗骑兵重制版》新视频公开 游戏10月上市
Rebellion公开了一段来自《侠盗骑兵重制版》的新视频，这款作品的初代最早于2006年推出，推出后不久就获得了媒体与玩家的集体好评。本次的重制版在画面上与原版相比有了天翻地覆的变化，并将会在今年的10月17日推出，登录XBOX ONE、PS4、Switch以及PC平台。
这次的宣传视频重点将重制版与原版的画面进行了对比，并着重说明了游戏画面在哪些部分进行了改进与提升。画面上重制的部分包括，角色、武器以及载具的建模重做，重制制作的过场动画，全新的画面特效以及动态光源。但从宣传视频来看，画面提升确实非常明显。而且虽然是重制版，但是游戏的画面在现在来看也算的上是中间偏上的水平。
如果各位没有玩过初代的话，下面是游戏内容的一些简单介绍。玩家在游戏中将会扮演这位“侠盗”来参与在Nu-earth上发生的南北战争。但各种机缘巧合下，主角需要去追踪叛变的将军并最终解决问题。游戏中玩家能够获得各种技能以及武器来攻关。

由Rebellion在 2006 年推出以漫画改编而成的《侠盗中队》(Rogue Trooper)在睽违 11 年后重制成为《侠盗中队 Redux》(Rogue Trooper Redux)推出，发行版本为PC/PS4/Xbox One/Switch，官方并公布游戏上市影片。
本作以受到两个太阳及黑洞重力影响而遭破坏的未来世界Nu Earth 舞台，由于各据一方的两大阵营Norts与Southers之间无止尽的抗争，最后发展成为生化武器的对峙，也因此导致世界的崩坏。玩家将扮演为了对付化学武器而将肉体以DNA 加以改造而成的精锐士兵G.I.(Generic Infantryman)，将与各自拥有不同特殊能力的战友们携手讨伐因背叛而毁灭部队的将军。

Rebellion Developments has announced Battlezone: Gold Edition. It will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on May 1, and for Switch this summer.
In Battlezone: Gold Edition, players will jump into the cockpit of “the most powerful tank in the galaxy” and battle the maniacal corporation rvaging Earth across a procedurally-generated campaign for up to four players. It is playable without a virtual reality headset, and will be available as a free update to the currently virtual reality-exclusive Battlezone for PlayStation 4 and PC.

《奇异小队（Strange Brigade）》是很多玩家非常熟悉的《狙击精英》系列开发商，Rebellion在去年E3展上公布的一款主打合作模式玩法的TPS游戏。在游戏沉寂了一段时间之后，昨晚官方终于公布了游戏的发售日期为 8 月 28 号平台为PC、Xbox one 和 PS4。同时游戏的一段剧情背景预告也已公布。
游戏的背景设定在上世纪的30年代的埃及。具体事件则是颇有奇幻色彩：玩家需要组成的四位探险队员小队将在埃及的古墓中对抗已经复活的女巫之王赛缇姬以及可怕的木乃伊怪物大军。
在具体的游戏过程中，玩家一方面需要对抗各种木乃伊怪，另一方面也留意各种陷阱、解开多种墓穴的谜题以及寻找其中的宝藏。

《狙击精英》系列开发商新作《奇异小队》发售后更新详情公布
作为著名的《狙击精英》系列开发商REBELLION即将发售的新作，《奇异小队（Strange Brigade）》是一款背景设定在上世纪30年代埃及地区的，主打多人合作的第三人称射击游戏。玩家在游戏中需要在埃及的古墓中面对大量复活的木乃伊的攻击。
之前这款游戏已经确认将在8月29号发售，近日关于游戏在发售将更新的内容，官方也给出了说明，并放出了下面这部预告：

探险游戏《奇异小队（Strange Brigade）》 101宣传片曝光展示惊心动魄大冒险
日前，《狙击精英》开发商Rebellion为其新作《奇异小队（Strange Brigade）》公布了全新的实机宣传片，展示了之前从未公布过的一些信息。
这段长约6分钟的视频为玩家提供了一个概览，当然从游戏的名称我们已经能够了解游戏的风格，这是一款第三人称的4人合作冒险游戏，风格定义为20世纪早期的美国，玩家在冒险中将会遭遇各种难关，陷阱，战斗并不是全部内容。

Strange Brigade DLC schedule announced
探险游戏《奇异小队（Strange Brigade）》 DLC 上架日期公布
日前，《狙击精英》开发商Rebellion为其新作《奇异小队（Strange Brigade）》公布接下来所安排的 DLC 发售日。
新角色是一名来自德克萨斯州的西部牛仔枪手，名为 Patrick Conaghan，游戏中被称为“Bash”。除此之外，游戏还加入了全新的三个攻分关卡和一个持久战地图，值得一提的是，三个关卡和一张地图全部为免费更新。
Bash这一角色通过季票的德克萨斯牛仔角色包加入，购买了季票的玩家已可下载，对于没有购买季票的玩家来说则可以花钱单独购买这一套装。另外，《奇异小队》将在未来的几个月中陆续上线新角色、新关卡和新地图。

Rebellion has announced the Season Pass and free downloadable content release schedule for Strange Brigade, which begins today with the release of three free new levels for Score Attack, a free map for Horde Mode, and more.
Season Pass owners can now play as new character Patrick “Bash” Conaghan, an ex-rodeo rider with an eye for danger and gold. The character can also be purchased separately in the “Texas Cowboy Character Pack” for $6.99.

Rebellion has released the official trailer for Strange Brigade downloadable content “The Thrice Damned 1: Isle of the Dead,” the first mission in a three-part campaign available now for $6.99 or as part of the Season Pass.
Also available today is the “American Aviatrix Character Expansion Pack,” which includes Tessie Caldwell as a playable character, the Colbeck Wildfire SMG, Hyde & Sons pistol, and Glacier Bomb weapons, and Tessie’s Infernal Firestorm amulet power. It is available for $7.99 or as part of the Season Pass.
Both add-ons launched alongside a free update that adds the “Tunnels” map to Horde Mode and the “Towering Temple II” and “Cursed Village II” levels to Score Attack mode.
Strange Brigade is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
