想買一套房（自己住）沒有買過是MB Builders的M Condo 他們說不需要政府印花稅是怎麼回事？

就是说那个印花税是发展商承担

其实很简单，文告中说的：

The developer is offering an early bird package that encompasses fully furnished units, free legal fees for the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and loan document, free stamp duty on the loan documents and free maintenance fees for the first two years.

也就是开发商提供免费的法律费用为销售和购买协议（SPA）和贷款文件，贷款文件的印花税。

简单来说，就是发展商付费。
