刚办了一张信用卡，第一次的statement有Finance Charge
请问这是什么收费？
我看Terms and Conditions

Finance Charge is imposed on the Outstanding Retail Transaction balance that is not paid after the Payment Due Date. The Finance Charge will be calculated from the day the transaction were posted until full payment.

明明第一次statement的是7月23日，怎么这么快就加进去了？
