本人还未确认要与她合作工作，并被她诬赖说我被进入黑名单！好心！帮她工作还要被诬赖还要说到自己对完一样！

Penalty Of Absences
1.Absences without medical leave or reason, deduction of 3 days wages and incentive.
2.Notice of resignation is 1 month in advance.
3.If absences whithout replacement condition 1, actions will be taken over deduction of 3 days wages / day / absentism
4.Punctuality is utmost important . wages deduction will take effect every 10mins.
5.Ace casting management reserved the right to terminate the job appointment at any time.

Reason: Promise to work and she read the terms and condition of the job agreement she disagree with 1 of the rule which is salary will be deducted if absences and she said don't want to work because of the reason.I feel weird too but i try to convince her work for me at least i can have time to get a replacement. 8/10/2011, the 2 hours she reached the outlet and she text me : sorry , i can't work for u anymore... thx... bye. After i read her message,i called her immediately but she din't pick up and don't even reply my message. Now she took my uniform run away too. How could she so irresponsible ?

原因：答应工作，她阅读了合约，不同意里面的条规与罚款，然后她说不要工作，因为她觉得条规不可思议，但我试图说服她帮我的工作，至少我可以有时间去找人代替。 2011年8月10日，她达到了工作目的地2个小时然后她的信息我：对不起，我不能为你工作了， THX...再见。我看了她的消息后，我立即打电话给她，她不但不接电话，也不回复信息。现在，她把我的制服也跑掉。她怎么能这么不负责任呢？

1st of all, work or not to work is our own right..when i promise, i did not sign contract with you as a commitment. plus i promise you that i can work before i receive the ridiculous job agreement..it is perfectly normal for me to turn down the job..
2nd: i agreed to HELP you for this 2 days is purely out of my kindness to assist until you get a replacement. Its not a promise that i will work for you this whole 2 days. additionally, you can't get replacement promoter just shows that u're lack of problem solving skills n dun put the blame on someone else.
3rd: when you want ppl to work for you, be polite, have a good attitude, not bossing around like you own everybody.
4th: and this is the most ridiculous one...i did not take your uniform and RUN AWAY..your UNIFORM has no value to me..if u want it back, u can collect it from the dumpster.

首先第一，工作或不工作是我们自己的权利...当我答应的时候，我没有签署承诺与您的合同。再加上我答应你，我可以工作之前，我收到的荒谬的就业协议..我当然会拒绝工作，这是完全正常的..
第二：我同意｛帮助｝你这2天，纯粹我的善意协助你直到你得到一个代替，这不是一个承诺，我会为你工作，这整整2天。此外你没有本事找到代替，是你的问题，请不要怪在别人的身上。
第三：当你想别人为你工作，要有礼貌，有良好的心态，不要扮演全部都是你的。
第四，这是最可笑的.我是不会把你的衣服拿走...你的烂臭制服并没有价值..如果拿回，可以从垃圾箱收它。

其实我也不是要说什么。。。反正事情也已经过去了。
得罪说一句，你确实应该把制服还给人家。现在你反而叫男朋友传话，而且要人家来跟你拿，我是老板我也是要考虑是不是要请你作工。

问题在先：
我还未工作的前一天，我是在工作的，他要我从cheras，跑到去sunway拿那个制服，还要等她迟到半小时才到达。
都不要紧，还要喝醉酒才来。
（工作效率已经有问题了）
也不可能我要跑到那么远给这些人。
之所以要我男朋友传话，都是因为我男朋友认识她，她可以过来和我拿，我不介意，可是要我跑到那么远给他，是万不可能。
还有+我连跟他做的2个小时的工钱都没有拿到，我怎么可以那么自己要那么傻自己贴回给她呢？
