Watch English series with chinese and english subtitle quite awesome!
I always try to speak same tone and same speed when they talking haha..
You also can make some foreign friends,talks with them

And.. the fastest way is in love with a english people.

When u stay together everyday that will make u to learn more and talk more than before in a very short time

Your lover will become your english teacher ..
By the way you can be his/her chinese teacher also..

when i sit for grammar test, i can score high marks, but when come to talk tat time, my english is still broken~ ><

for me i think communicate with someone else is better to improve.
btw focus on grammar first~and speak more to the other.
writing is not too important for those who graduated (my opinion ).
but communicate with ppl do help you in your business~
